Our team consists of specialists with backgrounds in management consulting, economic development and international affairs. Team members have worked around the world and are fluent in a range of languages including English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, and Arabic.

Site evaluation
EV equipment assembly plant
We assisted a fast-growing manufacturer of electric vehicle charging equipment to evaluate locations and sites for a new assembly facility in Europe. After benchmarking potential locations throughout Europe, we identified and evaluated suitable buildings and properties in two finalist locations in Europe.
Location analysis
Pharmaceutical production plant
Working with our partner company from the US, we assisted one the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies to conduct a detailed assessment of countries, regions, and properties for a $2.5 billion production plant in Europe. We visited the shortlisted sites and met with local government officials and stakeholders as part of a detailed analysis of site feasibility, planning and construction timelines, and other potential risks to project implementation.

Plastics production facility
We worked with one of Europe’s leading producers of aerosol dispensers to assess locations and sites for a new manufacturing facility for plastic components. We conducted a detailed assessment of locations in eight European countries, assisted the client to select three top locations, and arranged visits to suitable buildings and greenfield sites in the finalist locations.

Corporate headquarters
We supported a leading automotive supplier to compare locations and develop scenarios for the relocation of its corporate headquarters. We conducted a detailed assessment of the impact of each alternative location on the likelihood of retaining key employees. We also identified potential properties and compared the costs of establishing a new facility versus expanding at the company’s existing headquarters location.

Customer support center
We identified the optimal location for a leading European DIY retailer’s new multilingual customer service center to support the company’s growing sales across Europe. We narrowed the search down to 12 European cities, which we evaluated using a range of factors including the availability of employees with specific skills and proficiency in eight selected languages.

Together with our US partner company, we supported a leading US biotechnology company’s review of life science incubators and accelerators across Europe.
